GUILTY NC - Kathleen Peterson, 48, found dead in her Durham home, 9 Dec 2001

I saw the staircase documentary months ago on the Sundance channel. I agree it is bias. But did the producers not say, that the procecutors agreed to be filmed, and during the trial they changed their minds. Or did I misunderstand that? I was in Holland in July, and the documentary was on tv...

GUILTY NC - Kathleen Peterson, 48, found dead in her Durham home, 9 Dec 2001

Thanks for keeping us informed. What I think/know the saddest thing is, when there is a tragedy in a family, the family splits. There is a breakup. I'm in a situation regarding one of my family members, some support him, others do not. And it just tears the family apart. So far, as in Ann's...

Oh, yah when the judge said this: death, life without parole, or life in prison, she slumbed back. At first George's lawyer asked the judge if he could just represent George. The Judge said No, because accoording to the law, he had to hear this from the judge, and not via his laywer. So after 5...

He had manupilated other women before, when he escaped, I believe, 3 other times, always with the help from these "girlfriends". Honestly I don't understand how, what about the security? He's a very small man, I was surprised when I saw him. On the local news here, last night, they showed how...

GUILTY TN - Correctional officer Wayne Morgan, 56, shot dead by escapee's wife, 9 Aug 2005

She looked like a ghost, so white, with her hair all black and cut, so stupid. After she came in, all in chains, she looked kinda happy to be out, god knows how long she's been in a holding cell, you can see that on the video tv, after she sat down next to her lawyer, she kept looking behind her...

GUILTY TN - Correctional officer Wayne Morgan, 56, shot dead by escapee's wife, 9 Aug 2005

Thanks Jules, it's kinda weird. It was tense in the courtroom, when they brought the guy out, he was pissed, and was arguing with his lawyer. The Judge asked him many times: you want to talk to your lawyer in private? He kept saying NO NO, but the tension was bad, you could slice it with a...
