Once again, the trial scheduled for March 28- April 1, 2016 has been pushed back. There will be a hearing Monday to reschedule the trial for a later date. Dawna's family is at their wits end.

I am waiting for a return call from the lead investigator. I was recently contacted by a family member of Laura's to see if I could get any additional information from law enforcement.

Without offending anybody, this is how I feel this investigation will end. No foul play, whether that is murder/suicide or element/weather related. Case closed. Now do I believe this theory, not entirely. After 4 years, I believe OSBI would love to close this investigation. Seriously, how many...

I believe I read somewhere that "something" was found with the remains. Not anything to identify the remains but something questionable. Anybody recall that?

I am not buying the exposure theory at all. One person, yes. Three, no. Not with the remains found together and that close to their vehicle.

Going back to the video, I can almost swear I did see a 3rd person on there. I know others had mention this as well. What conclusion, if any, have we came up with on the 3rd person. Was there a 3rd person?

I believe what they stated was ONLY JCs ankles were taped and NOT LSs. Both of their wrists were taped but only JCs ankles.

Can someone refresh me? What are we hoping to find with the model # of the Blackberry? Was this Bobbys phone? Where is the phone now? Is this the phone that SJ's son supposely has now? I am unfamiliar with Blackberrys. Do these phones have sim cards?

I have a 4 year old and have received that same look and stance when she doesn't get her way or when I have gotten onto her. I think anyone with a young child can relate to the picture of Madyson. In my opinion, much more is read into that photo then should be, but again, thats just my opinion.
