all i have heard so far is that the order has been lifted and it was in place so they could investigate his alibi, that the rowes family was at court and that he still hasnt made a plea.

Just thought i would mention that i just read on one of the tribute pages that it is been reported in Scotland that Chantelle was pregnant. Havent heard anything about this locally though.

i jus remembered before his facebook page was deleted the first 'friends' name on the list was something like 'midnight killer'.

obviously it depends on how he pleads but locally i cant remember a case that drags out forever. Lets just pray that they have the right guy, he pleads guilty and saves the court system alot of time and $$$$$.

I believe it is about 1 year. Not sure about a crime of this magnitude however. He is back in court on Wednesday to discuss the suppression order i believe and then not to Feburary.

Very good point. As you say he will have to live with it forever, this has ruined many lives.

Im not 100% sure that its not already manned 24/7 i just know not all smaller towns around this area are. Also im sure if its not they wont change it just because of 1 heartless sole who took 3 lives. This one incident doesnt make Kapunda any less safe IMO.

i agree to some point and find it very sad that he didnt do anything. But i also feel sorry for the guy, apparently he is having nightmares about it now and cant stop hearing the screams. Personally if i heard someone yell help one or 2 times and then a man yell i would probably think the same...
