The ex-boyfriend of Madeline Kingsbury is now charged with first-degree murder in connection to her death.
I totally agree with you Joe! He had the knowledge to think he out smarted LE & the BCA too, but got busted on that. He probably prided himself on staying a few steps ahead of everyone.
MK had to be forthcoming to AF, because of the kids. She had to tell him where she was moving, Etc On account of custody issues.

This is a case that needs the Grand Jury & findings to increase all charges. Charges they charged him with got him arrested. That was most important.He is in jail where he belongs.
With LE seeing scratches on his face/ neck area, I wonder if LE found his DNA under her fingernails??? I always had hoped she got at least 1 swing at him.
With all of this new evidence. The state of Mn will for sure change the charges to 1st Degree murder. He deserves the death penalty, but Mn doesn't have it. Makes you wonder how many times he did move her body? Wow.....
Just seen on KSTP News where Madeline's Family have temporary custody of the children. They also requested they get permanent custody once the trial is over.

When I seen the pictures of him buying himself bracelets & a t-shirt anything to bring awareness to Maddi. That took alot of guts. More or less laughing in peoples face. He knew, where she was. What a low life jerk.
I may of looked at his differently. The prosecution has plenty of evidence to prove beyond the shadow of a doubt M2. The prosecution just got the case, they wanted him arrested ASAP M2 would be the charge. As the prosecution looks at the evidence it will probably go to the Grand jury to change...
