I think any of them could plead guilty at the PCMH. If they did it would put pressure on NM as if others have pleaded guilty to their involvement in this case and their involvement is through them, then they are basically saying he did it. If the others pleaded guilty and he pleaded not guilty...

From Caron Bell, ITVs Twitter @CaronBellITV: Alleged offences took place between 22 Feb and 3 March: indicates police evidence that #BeckyWatts was dead 4 days after she went missing.

I also think that if you love your partner then you would have a lot of very confused emotions at this time. Even though he's telling you he did it you might not really believe it, you might be trying to justify it to yourself as to how on earth can the person you love have done this horrific...

Perhaps the press just didnt get wind of a search. I don't know the address in relation to Bristol. Is it a village? Perhaps less people around to notice a search and tip of the press in some way (e.g. By posting on social media) The police wouldn't release the information to the public unless...

No, I wouldn't expect him to but thought it would be possible although it isn't listed for a PCMH. It's listed under 'application' for 10am tomorrow. I'm not sure what else counts as an application beyond bail.

So if NM is appearing via video link to the crown court tomorrow, this could technically be his first opportunity to plead guilty, although his counsel may advice him not to enter a plea tomorrow on the basis that they may have not have had a chance to meet with him.

An application for bail would only be addressed by the judge if one was made. So it would mean counsel would apply for bail then it would or wouldn't be rejected. Even if she was to be eventually found not guilty, I don't think it would be a good idea for her to have bail right now. She has no...

Re: which charges to lay, I was recently involved in a legal case where two charges were against one defendant. The judge said Half way through the case that the CPS had to pick one or the other. He stated that you can only be on two different charges if there is two different sets of evidence...

Sky news - NM charged with murder, SP perverting course of justice.

Quite probably , although I hope that the journalists will not be told either way until Becky's family are informed!

Suggestions on Bristol Post website that a property in Avonmouth was visited yesterday at it is privately rented by 23 old Jamie Ireland. My phone won't let me paste the link. Can someone else do it please?

I thought I read somewhere that the police had until 3pm before they have to charge on release them. Can't remember if I read that on here or elsewhere. If that's the case then we should be expecting an announcement shortly.

Perhaps there was something else to go on but that doesn't mean that she was necessarily involved. The police may have thought she knew more than she was letting on for example, about her boyfriend. She may not have. The pressure of being arrested would be horrible and can make people act very...

But then to ask them for help with something like this then I'd think you'd either know them well enough to be friends on Facebook or have something over one of them. Which leads me to think either they deleted NM or SP as friends once they were arrested or they have got caught up in this...

Me neither. This is very strange. Could it be that they had no idea and found something strange out the back of their house so reported it. Or if we take the car in the Google street view image to be the one win the correct number plate, could it be that NM knew one part of the couple...

I've noticed that NM looks like he's a real joker, slightly cocky kind of guy.

I was wondering the same thing. Perhaps those at that property didn't really think anything of it when a friend asked to store something And it was only when their friends were arrested that they started to put two and two together.

Wilton Close - a family members house perhaps? Barton Court - those who have been arrested for assisting an offender Cotton Mills - NM and SP I think I've got the addresses correct. Sorry if I've got the road names slightly wrong.

That's interesting... Similarly I couldn't be specific for the same reasons but I what I wrote was based upon what I've seen online. I guess it could be an example of people distancing themselves from this dreadful situation. Sorry, I'm trying not to be too specific. If admins need to remove...

I'm guessing by the fact that both NM and SP have been arrested on suspicion of murder, that they were both in the house when AG left for her hospital appointment but perhaps they didn't both murder her. Perhaps only one of them did. I do think that NM was probably quite controlling of SP...
