I hope so too. I will be watching. I am not anti-police at all- but monsters like these who have power over people should be held at least as accountable by law as a regular citizen would be if they did such a horrible thing, perhaps more so.

I am late to the thread and have not read through. I find in unusual that someone can be found guilty of murder and manslaughter. In my state I'm pretty sure it's either one or the other and it has to do with definitely being guilty of a homicide, but to what degree of responsibility and intent.

Thanks. I know more charges could be added at any time. I did see a post many pages back that essentially said that the little girl may have been bitten unexpectedly by one of his pits and forced into the house after that. He obviously has an explosive temper and has been arrested for violence...

Does anyone know if the victims were all found on or very near the road? Were they all out of their vehicles and were all beaten as well as shot?

I'm not sure how much plans had been talked about prior to the murders, but as I understand it- somehow the Sheriff has information that the other two came upon the scene as the first one there was being attacked- so that information would have to come from the victim who was still alive when...

So, was DT's vehicle facing a direction that leaves the area- and would that mean he was attempting to "get away"?

The victim who was able to speak with his father must have given that information.

It is odd that it is in there yet not to be considered. I live in Texas and reading the laws for murder and some other felonies is extra confusing to me.

I thought the Judge instructed them to not consider possible parole.

Well, there's really no other case I can think of to compare this sad, insane incident to. Maybe a sentence similar to what Mohammed Noor received would be correct.
