I can see that. I'm not a fighter either but I'd like to think I'd attempt to throw some punches or the very least try to scratch the eyes out. I've never been attacked so I don't know how I would react. This case is just so tragic as I don't see "evil". I don't like gray.

I am so glad I am not on this jury. When I first heard about this case I thought for sure GZ was guilty, I don't anymore how ever I am still not in GZs corner. I didn't see grave bodily injury, and I still don't see how GZ was in a fight for his life, justifying using a gun. Not to mention TM...

I didn't think about the asthma, I am blessed to have healthy children, they are very rarely sick. My poor nephew did not go out much till he was 4 in colder weather as he suffered from ear infections :(

I sure hope so. I am just upset about this one :( IMO there should have been a scent...any scent somewhere outside that home. Unless the poor child were never outside? It just bugs me, there should have been old scents at least, even if he did not wonder off.
