I feel the reason is obvious. Why would good law-abiding, sworn-to-duty Americans who did exactly that required job, subject themselves to more of the same "stoning" by the public? I feel it's truly a shame that they now need to be protected for doing what they were sworn to do at the order...

I would like to ask the jurors who their parents are, who raised them right -- to have the courage to ignore media lynching and do their sworn duty. Their opinions do not matter. They did their sworn job. Bless them and keep them safe. They should all go home and fly the American flag, proudly.
