It's the same logic, but I fear the jury as a whole lacked any kind of logical thought process.
There was plenty of evidence, except the jurors never had the decency to ask to see ANY of it during deliberations and didn't deliberate for an appropriate amount of time given the length of the trial. They didn't do their civic duty and they should be called out on it.
Why, during your "deliberations", did you not ask to see even one single piece of evidence and how could you not take an appropriate amount to time to reach a verdict?
I believe they discussed it. There's a reason they didn't to see a single piece of evidence while they deliberated - they had already decided among themselves.
