Not feeling well so I just woke up to some news about the authorities finding a baby and a body. They think it's Heidi & Margot. Wow, mixed emotions. I'm so very happy the baby is alive, so devastated the mommy won't be around to raise her. They said two people arrested & she knew them. Ugh...

I'm a little puzzled about the infant car seat being in the apt., but her purse & wallet in the car...yet keys & cell gone.

Thankfully there's some confident people around here to keep me from rocking in a corner until the verdict. Because nothing is a sure thing...and that freaks me out with these cases.

This is exactly what I was afraid of. I've not heard that it's set in stone, but I figure it's going to happen. I just hope JM can perform an outstanding job crossing this witness.

On HLN caller and talking heads wondering why JM didn't object during KN questioning Deanna yesterday in such a filthy way...why should he? Juan was letting him hang himself over his poor behavior towards the witness. +1 for the prosecution

I used to ask questions like that....until I witnessed Casey Anthony. Never again.

This case is a great example of why the judicial system needs an overhaul. I no longer think the average person is intelligent enough to sit on a jury. It's a radical alternative to what we have today...but I think the jury should consist of experts in law...in combination with peers. Or just...

Anyway, I'm trying to make sense of something and the name keeps coming up...that name and this case...I can't put my finger on it.
