there is plenty of evidence that he was not a stalker so any statement that he was is a lie.

I would normally agree. i would have no problem with this shooting and did not until i kept seeing the descrepancies...and a growing story. and you are right, nobody has to announce in most states..but even cops announce..its always better to avoid confrontation and bloodshed, don't you think...
