OMG! I am SO sorry...I don't want to start rumors, I was absolutely wrong about Duane! Deleted! I looked it up on my phone last night and the way it came up, it looked like his DOB! I rechecked on my laptop, my sincere apologies, I feel so bad :( I do not want to spread rumors...I'm glad it...

So I believe that JK had said Duane and SK had been together for a couple years, but Duane was just divorced less than a year ago. Not that I care deeply, but I think it gives a little credence to what CB and his mother said about him being a cheater, maybe more of what they said is true about...

@GutFeeling just read that, again, weird! I wonder what the "serious consequences" he was referring to? By the police or other means....always interesting.............

@ jerseygirl, I think that could be, probably because I always use mine, I couldn't imagine not noticing its gone! It could be in the car just for gas in case they don't have cash, etc. I would think the person would have to be pretty bird brained, though, to not check everything out in his...

I think you can run a card as credit at a business, but I've never seen that option on an ATM machine

I still don't understand, even if person A, called the cops right away after seeing his vehicle being robbed, the cops hadn't seen the coffee shop video yet, so they couldn't make the clothing connection. He may have waited, read the report about the abduction video, then reported it, but that...

I have no first hand experience with this, just know of some people who've been busted, and asked a cop :) , who could be wrong himself, but I do know you can get in trouble even though its been legalized in the state.

Just thought id clear this up, as much as I can, if anyone else from AK knows any better, chime on in. Regarding weed being legal, it has been legalized in the state of Alaska, but you can still get busted for it. A cop friend of mine explained it like this federally its illegal( troopers work...

@GutFeeling The comments he made about their relationship were really weird, I don't care how close you are to your dad, even now I wouldn't discuss my relationship issues with my father, there's nothing wrong with my dad,but its kinda wired...and I'm a lot older and married...I still prefer...

LOL...exactly! Just seems every time there is something new released, it just gets more and more odd.

I don't even know what more to say!! It's all been said!! Now this! My brain can't handle this! I am still trying to figure out JK, some of the things he's said are just SO weird. Saying SK doesn't know IK "period", is just nuts, my daughter is 11, she goes to school, plays volleyball, I know...

@GutFeeling. I see the similarities.....I don't want to think about it, though.....a whole new can of worms, thanks a lot....like there isn't enough possibilities in this case! :P

This may be a silly question, and I may be getting other references mixed up with the affidavit. This, I believe, is the only affidavit I've ever read, so it may be common, but why is person A referred to as "alleged victim" (this may be where I'm getting screwed up with references, but I keep...

The article said he saw the man going through his vehicle, so wouldn't you check your vehicle right away for your card?? If its debit and not cc, its your actual cash coming out, which can take the banks weeks to put back. Even if you thought your daughter was involved, who would just sit back...

I thought that, too, but I would think he'd be upset she hadn't called, etc. And that he'd still report it, so his account wouldn't be drained.....I just don't get it! You're absolutely right, it just gets more and more weird..

IMOW it said the man's vehicle was gone through at 3am and his card was missing. That is before SK was reported being kidnapped.

I would think the first thing someone would do is report the card stolen, at least to the cc company. Even if they later connected it to SK and reinstated it, the their would have most likely tried to use it in the several hours in between, figured it had been reported and ditched the card...

If person A was robbed Feb 2 at 3 am, that is the wee early morning after no one had heard from SK, so if it was JK he called the police about the robbery, and didn't mention SK being missing...doesn't make sense...even if he just called and talked to LE about his card, you'd think he might...
