Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

Why do you think the most comprehensive testing is yet to be done? Did you read the DNA results before they were sealed? A good majority of the testing that was approved has already been performed. The nightshirt, the bloody sock, the bloody fingerprint, etc. Nothing points to anyone but Darlie.

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

Yes - you are correct that both Darlie and Darin are eliminated as donors of these two hairs. However, these two hairs are merely hairs that were clung to a kitchen rug and don't match each other. There is nothing tying those two hairs to the murders. We don't know who requested that the...

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

Did Tommy Sells also wash the murder knife, wipe the blood out of the sink, float through the air so as not to leave any footprint in all that blood, arm his victim before slowly exiting the house, and courteously lift and shut the dragging gate behind him? Nonsense.

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

Wait. You think that the corruption and frame-job of Darlie Routier is so important to Texas that they went to Barbara Davis's house to murder her because she changed her mind? She writes trashy true crime novels and has no authority or power over anyone in law enforcement. Really?!

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

You cannot find it because it's been sealed by the Court. The Dallas County website uploaded the latest DNA status report and then took it down. Shortly thereafter, an Order sealing all future DNA results came up in its place. Luckily we got the test results before they were taken down.

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

 So how'd he leave a fingerprint?

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

Why is there so little of Devon's and Damon's blood on Darlie's nightshirt if she attempted to help them? No leaning over them, hugging them, cradling them? All that would transfer their blood on to her shirt, but as you pointed out there is very little. There IS cast-off blood of course...

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

You linked a DNA status report from 2013. More testing has occurred since then. I know of at least 2 other DNA status reports after the one you linked. What I typed yesterday about those 8 cuttings/samples from the nightshirt were only recently tested and the results made public...

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

You need to read the latest DNA status report from just this past June.

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

No. I am sorry but you are wrong. They did not re-test the entire t-shirt. The newest test results were from 8 different cuttings from the night-shirt. They did not re-test the cast-off blood on her back or her front near her shoulders. The cuttings are from stains from lower back hem of...

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

No, you didn't miss anything. Of course the blood on the nightshirt is Devon's and Damon's! All this talk about the blood not being theirs is 100% incorrect. People have either misunderstood the test results or someone is lying.

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

How in the world is the prosecution not looking hot right now? So far, the DNA results have confirmed what they always said. There is no DNA from an intruder because there never was an intruder. Not one bit of the new DNA test results that I have seen has been favorable for Darlie. So...

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

Where are you getting that the cast-off blood on the back of her shirt was not the boys? This is 150% false. The new testing was on different blood stains on the shirt, along with other items. No UNIDENTIFIED male blood was found. The male blood that WAS discovered cannot exclude Darin...

Routier case is the first for David Camm

But back to the point of the OP. Is Camm still interested in her case and exonerating her? If so, why did Darlie Kee have to create donation sites to come up with a measly few grand for the new testing? The new testing IS being paid by the state but Darlie's defense wants their own...

Routier case is the first for David Camm

For example- Warren Horinek = guilty as sin. Jason Payne = guilty as sin (though his conviction has been overturned - not b/c of Bevel). Darlie Routier = guilty as sin. All three of these are high profile cases where Bevel testified and a google search will bring up tons of sites that claim...

Routier case is the first for David Camm

The "State of Texas" has not "denounced" Tom Bevel and almost all of the claims he "falsely testified" come from supporters of murderers who have NOT been proven innocent. I'll grant he was probably wrong in the Camm case. The Masters case is one that gets him a lot of criticism but anyone who...

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

Darin knew it was her and actively lied to cover for her. That is a crime but as you pointed out, the SOL may have passed. I wish they would have charged him with that - maybe if his own *advertiser censored* was on the line, he would have talked. Hindsight is 20/20 of course. I doubt anyone at the time...

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

It does not look like those were tested yet. The state's motion says they were stored properly on slides so there is no issue of contamination. The Court has already ruled in prior decisions that those two limb hairs alone won't meet the burden of proving innocence, since there are other...

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

Except - even if every single thing left to test is tested and all the results are in her favor (fat chance since all the evidence tested so far does nothing for her) - it's not enough to prove her innocence. She needs multiple samples that don't belong to her and all match each other - and...

Darlie Routier asks for DNA testing

Ya know - if she was anywhere but Texas, I'd say delaying and delaying and delaying might lead to a point where the death penalty is overturned. Not gonna happen in Texas though - unless it's banned federally as it has in the past. But that's not gonna happen either. She's a dead...
