I'll agree with the Haldol being used in acute, as needed situations. It's fast acting given IM and it will sedate anyone. So, of course he was more responsive to them when he wasn't on that anymore.
I looked up Risperdal again in my drug guide and it indicates 1-2 weeks for it to take...
Maybe he was psychotic in November. I don't think he was, but is it really that strange for somene in solitary confinement? I don't think so.
Nothing they have shown indicates to me he was not simply suffering from delirium. As they said, it shows up quickly and resolves quickly once the...
I went back and watched what I missed of Woodcock and here are my observations:
Woodcock is not a forensic psychiatrist
Woodcock, however, reviewed the reports of other actual forensic psychiatrists, and determined those findings to be incorrect
Woodcock had a defense attorney in the room of...
I missed the whole questioning today but I think I got the gist of it by hearing the jury questions. One particular favorite was, "In your opinion, are all people with delusions who kill insane?"
Also,

Without realizing it, Dr. Woodcock...
What really annoyed me with defense questioning yesterday was when Feinstein would not answer her questions with the "yes" that she wanted and she would quickly say "yeah, uh hu" or "so then yes" and move to the next question quickly as if she was overriding his noncompliant answer. Like if he...
Yeah, delerium and psychosis have similar symptoms but the difference is that delirium resolves quickly once the cause (such as dehydration, anesthesia, etc) is resolved. His symptoms quickly resolved once he was rehydrated, which points to him suffering from delirium.
Oh my gosh! Did not realize that is what it was! Googled it on tumblr and that looked like the most direct link for the video I found. Didn't really browse the site. My apologies.
Trust fall was shown during King's opening statements. It's during this video, but pretty difficult to see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VV0PwM3Wjvk
I don't like linking to these personal fan sites, but it is a little easier to see it in this video for anyone interested...
I think the defense doesn't want him on video close to the time of the shooting acting sane. I think they are going to argue he was on a downward spiral that continued to get worse and progress into full psychosis after doctors last saw him.
Judge says avoid contact with witness until after trial, including Facebook. Are jurors allowed to stay active on Facebook during the trial? A newsfeed of Aurora residents certainly seems like a good way to inadvertantly run into people talking about the case.
And, is he allowed to block him...
Fewer serious side effects than first generation antipsychotics. He's taking cogentin to help with movements, rigidity. As we have seen, he barely moves. Definitely got the man *advertiser censored* going on for sure.
Just browsing the new gchats now. This is so inconsequential compared to most of this case, but I feel bad that Ben's gchats where he is trash talking his teacher are made public. Or them making fun of Kirsten. You know the teachers are going to see that.
