UK - Naomi Hunte, 41, Woolwich, 14 Feb 2022, and Fiona Holm, 48, Bromley, missing since 20 Jun 2023 - *Murder Charges*

Hearing of a violent murder in South London reminds me of the unsolved case of Deborah Lindsay that wasnt even ten miles from here.

    post trial discussion of evidence

I would guess that not even the pathologist could conclusively say what killed her, her full remains weren’t found and what was found was completely skeletonized. They have a cranial bone with a hole in it. No muscle or tissue that shows impact or trajectory. The bullet wasn’t even found...

Holly Bobo found deceased, discussion thread *Arrests* #8

Slightly off topic, but I want to ask: I've been thinking about writing a book about this whole debacle. My question is - are there any legal rammifications as the court could go to appeal? Or could one of the families sue? I am not in the US so I am a unfamiliar with the legal spiderweb that...

Zach Adams on trial for the kidnapping and murder of Holly Bobo Sept 19, 2017 graphic

have you been following the past few days, it's been a bumpy one but... ZA was allegedly looking for a gun to kill Dylan, alleged by JA testimony and somewhat inferred by grandpa Adams 911 calls. The gun they did use allegedly was then sold to Dismore for drugs, not sure whether same day...

Zach Adams on trial for the kidnapping and murder of Holly Bobo- Sept 15 & 16, 2017

Wait how do people know what SA's testimony was going to be? Was he telling people what he was going to say before he died? Surely that's conjecture.

Zach Adams on trial for the kidnapping and murder of Holly Bobo- Sept 15 & 16, 2017

I thought hair was a difficult thing to use in court. Dead hair strands don't have a huge amount of DNA, and can really only be used in profile to other hair from the same head.. which would mean obtaining hair brushes from the house. I don't know if I put much faith in that supposed claim...

GUILTY UK - Tia Sharp, 12, New Addington, London, 3 Aug 2012 #3

Being from the area, I really though that episode of the Secret Millionaire was exaggerated, almost scraping the barrel. It made New Addington look a million times worse than what it is. In reality - the shows producers got the line to visit South London, for the whole post 2011 riots angle...

The UK 'Funfair' is run by travelling communities that set up shop in public greens then move on a nearby one the next week, it's probably the same group for all those local places.

Can I just ask something. I saw online that this case has been given a trial date of next January. That's pretty soon! Considering some trials take a very long time to put together? Sian O'Callaghan's trial will be two years after she died. Does it suggest that everything is in place...

Estates are what the US commonly refer to as 'the projects'.

As the immediate family are nearly all entangled in an investigation they might not be asked to identify the body. Might it even have to come down to one of Tia's school teachers or similar? I'm thinking - now the autopsy has been done, the identification has been made but they are not...
