    Bill (William) Parker

Appeal courts don't call in juries who have presided over a case later on (hours, months, years) and take a re-vote. This juror's affidavit does not reflect the voice for all the other jurors in this case. Obviously, none of her appeals have overturned her conviction or granted a new trial.

http://darliefacts.com/galleries/ Darlie's defense were not prevented from showing that video: 5 MR. RICHARD C. MOSTY: Well, you know 6 what they didn't see, was the funeral service. The State 7 has illegally intercepted the funeral service where they 8 stand around and pray. The...

I didn't review your link, but I know that Mr. Samford made the claim that he didn't see the bruise photos. My point was that he never put anything in his affidavit to the appellate courts. Good guess as to why that was.....it could be proven that the photos were indeed shown to the jury...

Here is Charles Samford's affidavit dated July 10, 2002. Nothing there about his claims of not seeing the bruise photos to the appellate courts. http://fordarlieroutier.org/Evidence/WritAffidavits/samford.html

    Cutting the screen

Considering this thread is somewhat discussing the layout of the house, hoping someone could provide me some information. After looking at the original lab tests, there were results from "Banister" - blood stains. One blood stain is Devon, two stains are Devon/Damon - Devon being the major...

Routier case is the first for David Camm

What do you mean by ankle part of the sock? Judith Floyd testified that she originally tested the toe part of the sock. She then went on to say she tested the toe, heel, and band of the sock: 7 Q. And on the sock, again, did you find 8 any samples that matched the blood of Darlie Routier...

    Darlie's injuries

Looks like a mark, doesn't look like a cut that bled (from this picture). If the "intruder" could have made a "cut" there, I would expect to see many more injuries to her face, you know, when she was "passed out".

    Darlie's injuries

IMO, that does not look like a "cut", whether Patterson said so or not. Darlie herself says "marks". I doubt Darlie was doing any downplaying on any of her injuries. Not buying this as a knife wound.

    Darlie's injuries

And those that we only have Darlie's word to go on - missing panties, Damon walking and talking, no memory, varying stories but could be dreams.

    Darlie's injuries

14 Q. Okay. I mean, you weren't hit in the 15 face, that's for sure, were you? 16 A. Directly in the face? 17 Q. Yes, we can't see any bruises on your 18 face, can we? 19 A. No, sir. 20 Q. Okay. And you weren't stabbed in your 21 face, were you? 22 A. Not stabbed. There were marks on my...

    Darlie's injuries

I think the attack played out when Darlie stabbed her sleeping children. Cut to the face?

    Darlie's injuries

What I really would like to know is what type of trauma could spark the recovery. I mean, in this case, a cut to the neck, a stab to the shoulder, a stab to the forearm, and blunt force trauma blows didn't do it. Compared to what Darlie said really woke her up....a pressing on her shoulder...

    Darlie's injuries

And a mystery as to what this "intruder" used to render blunt force trauma blows. He has a KNIFE! He seems to be on a mission to kill only, yet he stops stabbing to beat the inside of her arm. SMH

    Darlie's injuries

Yes, rendered unconscious from a severe beating. Many supporters believe that to be the case, but no blows to the face or head. Now just simply saying she fainted/passed out can now exclude any talk of being in that state from an assault. IMO

Sorry if my above post contains links that I am not permitted to post....not sure if that is against the rules. :(

    Darlie's injuries

Not buying that either. After looking up fainting/passing out: the medical term for fainting or passing out, is precisely defined as a transient loss of consciousness and postural tone, characterized by rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous recovery, Syncope (medicine) - Wikipedia, the...

    Darlie's injuries

So now it's that Darlie probably passed out? Hmmm.....after many supporters have been screaming about her being rendered unconscious for years now.....I suppose that theory has run its course and now on to another.

    The 911 Call

But, if the jury believed she said fighting in the 911 call, and she takes the stand and doesn't say she was fighting but that she "woke up" because Damon is pressing on her shoulder and she saw a man leaving the room, they can decide if this was another change to her story.

    The 911 Call

LOL, Because I believe she says "I didn't do anything...Promise" (it certainly does NOT sound to me like "who would do this Darin..who would do this), it seems an odd thing for her to yell. If Darin is accusing her (for her to respond that way) why would he accuse his wife of harming their...
