The "no sign of forced entry" never convinces me to eliminate the intruder aspect. Depending on specifics regarding her residence and the experience/skill of who wanted to gain entry, there are plenty of offenders who could enter and not leave behind clear evidence.

Good grief. Choosing to take the matter into criminal courts is rarely a wise decision; especially if as the article says, the defendant's motivation for this incident was financial. Yuck for sure.
