I'm not sure what you are specifically referring to. You mean who he called after he discovered Reeva in the toilet closet? He couldn't remember who or in what order he called people?

You know the saying, A lawyer cannot try his own case? That's the position a defendant is in. Have you ever had somebody accuse you of something you didn't do? And, they have purposely or innocently twisted the facts to make you look guilty. And, you can see how it makes you look...

If it happened the way the prosecution said, she was not alive on the landing. I don't believe that is arterial blood on the landing. Have we actually seen a picture of it, yet? <modsnip> IMO

I don't always agree with the defense strategy. I would have nurtured Mrs. B's testimony instead of indicting it. I consider her a good witness for the defense. IMO

I personally [and possibly no one else does this] give a lot of slack to a defendant who takes the stand. I consider that a totally different ballgame from a neutral witness. The defendant has a lot to lose, is probably scared out of his wits, and probably cannot remember his own name. Ever...

Her testimony wasn't damning to the defense. She [thought she] heard a dead person screaming. It was actually in the defense favor. The screams she heard had to be Oscar's. Common sense tells us dead people don't scream. IMO

When you see a witness like Mrs. B. who will not answer --and I mean refuse to answer--a yes or no question after the DT asks her 5 times--I tend to just dismiss all of her testimony. That might sound harsh, but she should be a completely neutral witness, and when she proves to be not a...

I hope this means we are moving from dead people screaming into a more scientifically viable theory. Nevertheless, people like the Burghers were clearly hearing the last set of bangs, making the likelihood very high that they were hearing Oscar screaming. IMO

Could I see a link to the scream 'tailing off' after the head wound?

You don't think police should have considered the entire house a crime scene? You don't think police should have investigated the entire house? Is that what they teach in the police academy? Just go to the room the suspect directs you to? Maybe they did. But, I haven't seen the...

You mean after she died instantly from the head wound? I don't think so. And, don't forget the distance that the Burghers live from OP. Nel then asked if Steenkamp would have been able to use her right arm after the injury, but Saayman said this would have been very unlikely. He...

We don't know that bullets are exactly lining up with wounds. if they are estimating [and State and Prosecution disagree so far on how and where she was standing and falling], Oscar could estimate, too. MOO

First, it was imperative that police investigate the entire house and grounds. Second, I have not heard any testimony that they did. Maybe someone else heard this testimony, but they have not yet directed me to it. Third, police have testified in court to everything they did in that...

We know Oscar moved her body once. Who's to say he didn't move her body twice, or more... ...Unless the police searched the rest of the house, which I haven't found any trial testimony yet that they did. Maybe someone else can find testimony that they did search the rest of the house ...

2:23 on tape, Witness Michelle Burgher There were four gunshots. And, then I heard her petrified screaming some time during the gunshots. And, just after the gunshots was the last that I heard the same woman's voice, the same woman's voice that woke me that evening. Oscar Neighbour Heard...

I don't know if any witness said they did. I haven't heard that. I heard chief Detective say they stayed in foyer, kitchen, up the stairs, bedroom, master bathroom. But that was a big house. MOO

Why would they take Oscar's word for anything? He was standing over a dead body. Don't you think it would be prudent for the police to thoroughly search the entire house? Why didn't they? MOO

Mrs. Stipp : And, then, it was moments after the shots I heard a lady screaming, terrified, terrified screaming... The screaming at that stage just continued. It didn't stop during that period that we were walking out [to the bigger balcony]. I said to my husband it sounds to me as if...
