They arrested this guy, if it's not against TOS and what not I'll share what I have finally.

The San Luis Obispo Police Department on Thursday released the name of a person of interest in the...
It may just be because it's almost that time of the year again or because I'm seeing how much SLO PD doesn't seem to be keeping the Kristen Marti case fresh in the public's minds here, but I've started thinking about Kristin Smart again.
One local theory was:
Kristin Smart is in the Cal Poly...
okay so now that the person I was concerned about lives in another state... a girl I worked with a couple of years ago was roommates with the sole suspect of this crime. the cops came to her house and took things and I actually have seen the warrant and items list but my friend was still staying...
When they searched the person of intrest's home two knives were removed from the home among other items, including the DMV records for that vehicle... Just saying...
I can't say how I know but they are gathering evidence and have searched at least one person of interests home in this case. When LE releases the information or if they arrest this person, I'll share what I know.
The hotel I work in has an extra 275 hold put on the guests card if they are a local and a local is considered anyone within 50 miles of the hotel. We also do not accept cash. This cuts down on extra circular activities.
The police department or someone did distribute fliers to the hotels in the area about her awhile back (I work in one locally) and we had it behind the desk in case she happened to wander in. We're not far from the area she was last seen.
I hope the search at least turns up something to point...
Absolutely. If a REGISTERED GUEST of my hotel let me know that a member of their party had disappeared I would put up the be right back sign and help them look.
Understand that the people at Crowne Plaza were just following protocol on the videos with requiring police to see the tapes...
Hotel worker here:
It's virtually impossible for a guest to stumble into an employees only area. You'll need a key or a special code to open the door to that area. Freezer being in the basement, she would have just gotten out of the elevator in order to arrive there and many hotels require a...
I call BS on this one. Why? Because all hotel employee lounges are only accessible by key, so unless the girl that was in the video who worked at the hotel had a master key and the victim took it, a basic room key wouldn't open it. Why are our lounges protected? Simple really, the employee...
I work in a hotel so I can answer this question: Some hotels have 18+ rentals and some have 21+ age restrictions. But unless the renting party is truthful about how many people are going into the room and the ages of everyone in the room, we have to "trust" that guests aren't going to sneak...
Its coming out that the car was found on the tide line, the ocean could have grabbed the other two bodies.
However it's been raining like crazy here all day, which is why they haven't pulled the car up yet.
My husband has some wild theories but I won't share them here for the sake of the family. Search and rescue here is working off the chain to try to figure this out.
I'm a local. That store is a Shell Gas station. It is rather large and a combo gas station/ souviener shop /food/ beer and wine shop. Everyone stops there. It's literally the last gas station before you head north towards Hearst Castle and Ragged Point.
I'm glued to this case because SP's family members are friends of mine. Watching their facebook posts are heart breaking. I just want her to come home.
