GUILTY PA - Mona Mitwalli, 30, stabbed to death in her Hatfield home, 7 June 2013

This story is WAY too close to home....literally. I live very close to this. I have read a lot of articles on this case already, and this man was on a mission. He filed for divorce in April. The next day he had his wife involuntarily committed for mental problems, saying she tried to kill...

Aggravated waiting for the aggravation phase #5

So, I watched the Geraldo "special" last night because I wanted to see the entire post conviction interview she gave-- did you all hear the part where she said her defense team did not bother to find witnesses that saw her bruises--and they did not think the picture she had on her hard drive of...

Aggravated waiting for the aggravation phase #5

Good Morning ALL and Happy Mother's Day. I keep (yesterday, today) getting email notifications on "status changes" for court, but nothing is showing up on the case history yet. I have to wonder what is going on....

aggravated waiting for the Aggravation phase #3

Random thoughts: I think Sheriff A is tired of Jodi's games and the trouble she causes his jail with her tweets, interviews...and he finally just had it with the girl who cried suicide too many times--and decided to call her on it. He is a no nonsense guy, right? The Dateline show makes me...

I am going to take one for the team. I will go out shopping, away from TV, internet, and since I do not text, texts. This will ensure a verdict being made. Justice for Travis and all his loved ones. Justice for all.

May the light of goodness shine down on the jury and the Alexander family and friends as they face this day. That light is really Travis. Travis Alexander has made a difference in this world, and continues to do so from his resting place. He shines down on all of us.

So, I woke up this morning very happy that it was Sunday and not Saturday-- unusual for me to wish the weekend away--but, I was glad because it brought us closer to Monday and Jury Deliberations. And now, it is 11:30 am (eastern) and I am wishing Sunday would just end so we can move on...

Several things I can think of regarding Nurmi attempting to "use" this in closings: This is new "evidence" and cannot come in (applies to false evidence or not), so an objection would be made. Nurmi never even questioned the Walmart witness, he had no questions at all for her...

FYI, for those who are interested ....HLN is showing the closings without commercials today (they are having commercials during this lunch break). I know that I prefer to watch this on my big tv as long as they are not having commercials!

All I can say is that I am so proud of The Supporters. You all are wonderful. I am rather emotional right now, a combination of being touched by all the kindness, awe, and full of anticipation for Justice for all those who love Travis. Let's just say my heart is full.

I will wait to find out the facts on why Juror #8 was dismissed. I really dislike all the rumors that fly all over twitter....people sometimes take what is written there as fact and then the rumors spread like wildfire. Even people (who shall remain nameless) that refer to themselves as...
