During the 45 minute long tape she keeps explaining to her parents that she has no more information to give about where Caylee might be. Through the entire tapes she talks about how hard it is for her and she tells her mom she spends her day focusing on her case.
Cindy Anthony is quick to say the focus needs to be on Caylee.

Deputy Reassigned After Tip Visit
Cain's Professional Standards History report shows that there was a complaint filed against him in 2006 for failing to "properly investigate an incident," Local 6 News reported. The report does not say if Cain had been disciplined for the incident.

Weeks after the remains of missing toddler Caylee Antony were found, t-shirts bearing her likeness and asking for information on her whereabouts are still being sold.

The place? The MySpace website set up by the Anthony family shortly after Caylee went missing. The website said it was updated on January 13th.

That isn&#8217;t setting well with some people.

But it is possible for jurors from other parts of the state to be brought to Orlando and sequestered.
Either option will be costly.

"The more complicated the case gets, the more money it costs the taxpayer to try this ... You have to move everybody, the court reporters, the attorneys," attorney Leticia Marques said.

Those sources told WFTV reporter Mary Nguyen the funding could be considered a major conflict of interest. Eyewitness News sources said the judge knows there's a concern about Baez's defense fund. He could decide it's baseless, but if he determines Baez did something wrong he could remove him from the case.

Eyewitness News does know the defense has already received around $200,000, but the terms were unclear.

No Change Of Venue Motion Filed In Casey Anthony Case

The Orange County court says right now, there's been no motion filed for a change of venue in her murder trial.

There have been reports the defense wants the trial moved, but in a news release, the court said that hasn't happened.

If Jose Baez does file that motion, a hearing will be set and the motion will be considered in open court.

The motion is public information, and the court said they will release that information if, and when, it's filed.

The defense team representing 22-year-old Casey Anthony has not filed a formal or proper motion requesting a change of venue.

According to a court spokesperson, once a motion is properly filed, a hearing will be set and the motion will be considered in open court.

If a judge grants Anthony a change of venue, her murder case will not be held in Orange County. It would instead be moved to a different Florida county.

The reports released by the state attorney's office also show that duct tape was attached to her hair, and the girl's remains were placed in a laundry-hamper bag and then secured in a plastic garbage bag before they were left behind in the woods.

When investigators processed the duct tape at an FBI lab in Quantico, Va., they noticed the residue of a heart-shaped sticker on it. The sticker was later found near where the toddler's remains were discovered.

"It appears the sticker was put on the duct tape intentionally," a detective wrote in a request to search the home where Caylee Anthony lived with her mother and grandparents.

Defense files motion to inspect crime scene

According to Orange County property records, the land on which the crime scene rests, belongs to a resident of Winter Park and is marked with "no trespassing" signs.

In the motion, Baez states that the owner has not responded to his requests to search the property and is asking for court intervention.

Investigators say a heart-shaped sticker was intentionally stuck to the duct tape that was found over Caylee's mouth area. Both ends of the duct tape were stuck to Caylee's hair and her hair had to be cut to separate the duct tape, according to documents released Wednesday.

Investigators also found a heart-shaped sticker at the scene.

The new documents show that Caylee's body was in a cloth laundry bag, which was then placed into a black trash bag. They also found a small shirt, size three toddler, and white shorts with vertical stripes and a Winnie the Pooh blanket.

Another report quotes a friend of Casey Anthony who said that Anthony mentioned wanting to use cold medicine to get Caylee to sleep.

They said they were looking for materials used to make Chloroform, containers to mix it or a receipt showing someone had bought the solvent.

They were also looking to find traces of DNA on garbage bags, garbage bag containers, and duct tape. They were also looking for small toy horses similar to one found near Caylee's remains.
For the first time, WESH 2 has learned that detectives hoped to find any Winnie the Pooh clothing, towels or blankets similar to one found discarded with the body.

nvestigators also hoped to find the clothing that Caylee was last seen wearing on June 16, along with her backpack and sunglasses.

A small, plastic toy and a Winnie the Pooh blanket were also found near Caylee's body, and clothing was discovered inside the bag containing her remains, according to the documents. Among the clothing items were a size 3T shirt, a pair of white shorts with vertical stripes and small cloth-type letters that appeared to be iron-ons, the documents said.

The clothing is different than the clothes that Caylee's grandfather, George Anthony, claimed he last saw Caylee wearing June 16, the last day he saw her alive.

Back Yard Search

The neighbor who lent a shovel to Casey Anthony in mid-June told authorities that George Anthony, Casey's father, mentioned that the ground in his back yard had been disturbed.

In an exclusive tour of the yard previously given to Local 6 by the Anthonys, the ground behind the swimming pool was disturbed.

A report released on Wednesday says that a 12-by-5-inch section of dirt was disturbed, so Orange County sheriff's deputies called in cadaver dogs that indicated a human body had once been on the ground near the pool and an area near Caylee's playhouse.

Included in the interviews are coworkers of Cindy Anthony at Gentiva Health Services around the time Caylee went missing.

The report gives us an upclose look at the troubled relationship between Casey and her parents.

One interview reveals that Cindy was complaining about Casey and not being able to see her granddaughter. According to the person interviewed, Cindy talked about excuses she was getting from Casey about why she couldn't see the toddler.

Also, investigators talked with one of Casey's old boyfriends. Ricardo Morales said that when he dated Casey, Caylee was almost always with her.

(WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- He's become one of the most recognized attorney's in Orlando and now Jose Baez is under two investigations by the Florida Bar Association.

The first investigation is about inappropriate advertising and the other about Baez and his dealings with press corps media, the company owned by Todd Black. Both were filed as sworn complaints by someone.

The Florida Bar would not say who filed the complaints or give us details about the investigation.

The Florida Bar did say that a grievance committee met last week on the inappropriate advertising complaint and they should be wrapped up with in a week or two.
