During the pre-trial hearing, Croslin's name was amended, so the "Cummings" was dropped from court documents.

What, if anything, do you think this name amendment means to her? Why make a point of it? Have things turned sour between her and Ronald Cummings Sr.? Did she finally realize that Misty Cummings is an adult entertainment performer name?

She asked this in the divorce decree and apparently no-one listened, ( LE, the courts, the media..)
