This needs to go beyond "US"

I have sent Catherine Crier a lengthy letter along with all the appropriate links to clarify the whole Michael Tracey fiasco.

Since he was a guest on her show and has seen the croc, it is only fair that she be kept updated on that story.

She needs to update the public on what was stated on the show about these "mystery suspects". Not all the public who watched and believed his every word about the case reads the forums and I feel it is an obligation to the public to re-visit that story. She now knows the primary reason his film would not sell here in the U.S. and why the networks wouldn't and couldn't touch this here. There is no "virus" as Tracey suggested, just poor and deceiving "ahem" journalism at its worst.

Instead of just showing amongst ourselves what liars the RST are, including Lou Smit who was referred to many times during his filming, along with others, it is imperative that the media reporting on this croc know the follow up that has taken place.

I suggest others do the same in contacting those who might not be aware of the latest developments with the case.

I will continue to do my part as I can.

Jayelles...is there an appropriate person/agency/whatever we can contact in the UK? Since the documentary aired in the UK, isn't Tracey libel for fabricating 'evidence' and slander?

Barbara I get home from work too late to catch Catherine Crier. Good to see you give her the info. Will she have the guts to air the latest developement? She doesn't have to give out Mr. X's case numbers or name, just do the right thing.

Here in NY, Catherine Crier (I think, although checking further) was the person who actually had Tracey on as a guest to promote the purchase of his film in the states.

Catherine is very honorable and I think, given the information to correct, she just might wish to have him back on the show (If he dares) to ask him to explain. It's really an obligation for the networks to follow up on stories that they have aired.

It may not happen immediately, with Martha Stewart and Scott Peterson, Michael Jackson and all the other big stories going on now, but I'm hoping that she will make time, if only a minute or two to follow up.

I am not the only one writing, so perhaps it will happen

We won't know unless we try right?

I have no idea what other shows outside of NYC he may have been a guest on, but I am hoping that the other forum members will know and act accordingly, especially in Colorado and Michigan.

I was just asking in another thread, was it Abrams who used the word "humble" in connection with the Martha Stewart thing, Friday night, right after her sentencing? Anyone hear that?

We joke about the Thought Police and Mens' Association. Have they really been gossiping about Stewart's private life just because she's a successful woman and calling her a meany behind her back, not giving her her rightful chance to face her accuser and answer? They've been telling each other that outstanding women "need humbling"? The words are familiar. Only a slight expansion of the current subject, since it happened just last night and I believe was Abrams and may eventually affect us all. In fact some of the newscasters on various channels were asking themselves and each other if this is a trend so we can't have any excellence any more.

We also joke about a Mens' Lib movement, and there's a holy prophecy about an insurrection going to be trapped by its trademark words. Like "humble"? Psalm 64. One of my hobbies is researching obscure predictions that are "gospel" truth, will happen.

If Tracey gets sued I think that may help open up (at least in the mainstream media) this case..........finally.

I feel like The Ramseys are really thumbing their nose at everything with this political campaign charade and like this will never get resolved (at least in my lifetime) and that thought is depressing.

We need a "crusading" journalist thats not afraid of Lin Wood to bust this whole thing open............lay all the cards on the table and stop the speculation and get this taken seriously.

WOW my "feelings" exactly...it's like a never-ending-vicious-circle-trauma BUT I STILL dream/pray/think of the day that JonBenet's killer(s) will FACE what they have done to JonBenet and ALL OTHERS(US). :sick:
