Isabella Pastrana

Endangered Missing -- Missing Since: January 15, 2003

Missing From: Ocean City, New Jersey

On January 15, 2003, the Ocean City Police Department was alerted by the toll operator of an abandoned vehicle parked on the Ocean City-Longport Bridge. Upon arrival of investigating officers, they observed a vehicle unlocked, with the keys in the ignition and purse in the seat, on the southbound shoulder of the bridge.

Investigation revealed that the last known operator of the vehicle was Holly Codario, age 37, who had legal custody of Isabella Pastrana. Isabella Pastrana was a passenger in the vehicle that was being operated by Ms. Codario.

On April 25, 2003, the body of Holly Codario was discovered along the south shore of the Great Egg Harbor Bay in the Beesleyís Point section of Upper Township, New Jersey. To date, Isabella Pastrana has not been located since last being seen on January 14, 2003 at 11:00pm in the company of her mother, Holly Codario. Investigators believe that Holly may have jumped from the bridge with Isabella, but there were no witnesses and Isabella's body has not been found.
