An eagle eyed emlpoyee who was processing photographs saw a horrific image of a child and called police.

Arrested for distribution and possesion of child *advertiser censored* is one Bernard Ocie "Pete" McGee. I'm wondering why he's not charged with manufacturing?

Well, once again we have a convicted sex offender doing whatever he feels like it. This creep has charges from 30 years ago. What in God's name has he been doing and getting away with all this time? Mugshot at link just to warn ya. This guy is a real peach.

I must have missed the part where he was an already convicted sex offender in that article.

I have to say, I am so glad the clerk reported his find to the authorities. More everyday people need to follow suit and GET INVOLVED when they see something "off".
 
One of the commenters claims to have been in the courtroom at his arraignment and says there are at least 29 counts against him. GAH, this creep should not be lurking around outside a prison to begin with!!

Filly, did they revise the article? Could you tell us where you read/saw that he had a record? TIA

There were only two articles when I posted. I'll go back and find the one that said he was a sex offender.

O.K. here ya go, folks. He's a convicted sex offender. Crime was 30 years ago. Thus him not being on a registry. Sorry guys. I should have posted this article as well.

Additional proof these pervs don't change: Meet an 80 year old molester recently re-arrested in Georgia. He is a registered sex offender since a 1994 charge in Florida. I shudder to think how many times he got away with inappropriate behavior with a child!!!!!!

Incidentally, the father of the child in the GA arrest acted on his hinky alert, checked the local SO database, found the icky old codger & went straight to LE. If only more parents were as persistent...... High fives to the photo processer in the original story & the dad in this one!
