Oh no, JBean it'll make it go up. Scandal and death the market goes up.

Thank goodness though he didn't harm/kill anyone while driving.
 
Wow. I guess even famous and talented people have clay feet. Glad he didn't hurt anyone or himself.
Sorry to hear, but glad he got arrested. So many rich and/or famous folk seem to get a free ride.
 
I don't understand "suspicion" of DUI. Either you are drunk or not. Was breathalyzer used? Blood alcohol test?
 
It's also not the first time that drinking has caused problems for him.
In 2006, the Artist Formally Known for Prints was successfully sued by two former gallery franchise owners, and a Los Angeles Times article from the same year accused him of drunkenly disrupting a Siegfried and Roy show in Las Vegas by repeatedly yelling, “Codpiece!” (The story prompted Kinkade to write his gallery owners a letter in which he admitted to behaving badly but also complained of “exaggerated, and in some cases outright fabricated personal accusations.")
