IMPORTANT: I was asked by the moderators to not use real initials for any minors mentioned. Therefore, you will see reference to minors (even if they are from before Kyron was born) listed with an abbreviation to reflect their relationship to Kyron. For example: KSB (Kyron’s step-brother) and KHS (Kyron’s half-sister).

MISSING
Kyron Richard Horman – DOB September 9, 2002. Second grader at Skyline Elementary School in Portland, OR. Missing from the school since June 4, 2010. Last seen by his stepmother as he approached his classroom. PARENTS/STEP-PARENTS
Desiree Young – Kyron’s biological mother. She married Kaine Horman in 2000; their relationship soured and they planned to separate; however, she became pregnant and they decided to try to make their relationship work. However, in August 2002, Desiree filed for divorce. Kyron was born September 9, 2002. They were officially divorced in 2003. Kyron lived mostly with Desiree until 2004, when she went to Canada for medical treatment for two months. She returned with medical bills and moved in with family.

Kaine Horman – Kyron’s biological dad. Employed at Intel. Married Desiree in 2000; divorced in 2003. Third husband of Terri Horman, married in April 2007.

Terri Moulton Horman – DOB March 14, 1970. Married to Kaine Horman; Kyron’s stepmom. She and Desiree were friends before Terri married Kaine. When Desiree went to Canada for medical treatment, Kyron moved in with his dad, Kaine Horman. Terri moved in with them to provide child care for Kyron, and brought her son KSB from a previous marriage. Eventually their relationship changed, and Kaine and Terri were married in a bathing suit ceremony in April 2007 in Kauai, the Garden Isle of Hawaii. For Mothers Day that year, Kaine gave Terri a 2007 Mustang convertible. She adorned it with vanity plate RDSQRL, which is her nickname (Red Squirrel).

Tony Young – Kyron’s stepdad. Married to Desiree. He is a Medford (Jackson County, Oregon) police detective.

Amanda Howards – former wife of Kaine's brother Kristian.

Carol and Larry Moulton – Terri’s parents. Former teachers.

KHS – Kyron’s half-sister (KHS). Daughter of Kaine and Terri, born December 2008.

KSB – Kyron’s step-brother (KSB). Son of Terri and Ron Tarver. Legally adopted by Richard Ecker; currently living with Ron Tarver.

Kari Mengel Hoagland – Kaine’s biological aunt; twin sister to Kurtis Mengel.

Kristian Horman – Kyron’s uncle; Kaine’s brother, age 32. Ron Tarver – Terri’s first husband. They met at Umpqua Community College and they married in 1991 in Roseburg. Their son KSB was born in January 1994. They divorced in 1995.

Answer: BOEC received call at 1556 (3:56 p.m.). Dispatched to police units at 1559 (3:59 p.m.).

When did the first officers arrive on scene?
Answer: Portland Police Bureau and Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office units arrived at 1633 (4:33 p.m.) simultaneously at Skyline school and Kyron’s home.

Who made the call?
Answer: Skyline School secretary SH.

What time was FBI notified?
Answer: Between 2030 (8:30 p.m.) and 2050 (8:50 p.m.).

When did Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office notify media?
Answer: Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office PIO was notified between 1900 (7:00 p.m.) and 1915 (7:15 p.m.) while providing a tour at the Multnomah County Justice Center. PIO returned pages from media and told them to meet PIO in the area of the school. PIO arrived at 2015 (8:15 p.m.), met with present media and provided them with Kyron’s photo. This was followed up by the PIO emailing photo to Portland TV and Oregonlive.

I am not trying to bug you, but, you know us sleutheres, we will spend hours looking for ROn Starver.... :)
