TULSA - The Tulsa Police Department are looking for a man they believe is missing and endangered.

Thomas Wesley Martin last had contact with his son Sunday, June 27th. The following day his son made two attempts to call him and did not get an answer.

The next day he went to his father's home and knocked, but did not get an answer.

Witnesses reported last seeing Martin on Monday, June 28th.

Martin is described as 5'8" tall, 180 pounds and is 71 years old.

Investigators have identified human remains found on Sunday, January 27, by hikers near the bank of the Arkansas River west of Tulsa, county officials have confirmed.

The Tulsa County Medical Examiner's office identified the remains as Thomas Martin, who was 70 years old when he was reported missing in June 2010.

Back in 2010, Tulsa Police said they suspected foul play in Martin's disappearance, but they never had any real leads.

Martin's son said his father's medication was left behind. His vehicle was also left in the driveway, but there was blood found inside it.

According to the sheriff's office, the case is being investigated as a homicide, but the cause of death is still yet to be determined.

A skull with a hole in it, dental work and other human bones that could have been there for at least two years were found scattered along the river at 49th West Avenue and W. 12th Street... Martin lived about six blocks from where the bones were found...

Martin says he talked to his dad Sunday June 27th and called twice the following Monday. He worried when his father’s answering machine was turned off and when he and other family friends could not find him at home they worried. By June 30th, his son reported Thomas Martin missing...

Martin’s Pikepass was used on June 27th at 1:32pm and June 28th at 2:39am at the Coweta Entry Plaza.
