Authorities are looking for a state prison inmate who walked away from a city work detail in Tucson.
The Department of Corrections says minimum-security inmate Jeffrey Douglas was reported missing by his work supervisor early Wednesday afternoon.
The department says Douglas was in his second prison stint, currently serving a 7 1/2-year sentence for theft of means of transportation and misconduct involving a weapon. He's been incarcerated at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Tucson.
The 44-year-old Douglas previously served a three-year sentence on a theft conviction in the 1980s.
