24 years. Why is this case considered foul play? did she have a violent/jealous boyfriend?

I looked at this case, does anyone know if this woman had any identifying tattoos?

Which includes the following information about why her disappearance is considered to be the result of foul play:

"Gruetter was last seen at her home in the 31400 southeast Hamlet Drive in Boring, Oregon on September 11, 1991. She shared the house with her sister and her young son. Gruetter's sister woke up at 6:30 a.m. and discovered Gruetter was gone, her son was asleep and her car was parked in the driveway. Half an hour later, Gruetter's boss called the residence because she hadn't arrived at work. Her sister then notified the police. Gruetter has never been heard from again.

It's uncharacteristic of Gruetter to leave without warning, and she doesn't fit the profile of someone who would do so. One of her ex-boyfriends is considered a suspect in her disappearance. He has a criminal record and a history of stalking and violent behavior towards women. He hasn't faced any charges in connection to her disappearance, however.

Foul play is suspected in Gruetter's case. It remains unsolved."

Her poor family and sweet son. I hope they've found peace.

Interesting comments at https://oregon.arrests.org/Arrests/Bruce_Retchless_15203538/ identifying a suspect (whether it is the one known to police I do not know). Whilst Mr Retchless seems to have an impressive criminal record I am not aware of any other links to the case, but it does seem an interesting lead, especially given that Teresa was declared dead (Ancestry record of US Social Security) and the comment references to evidence.

Do you have any knowledge about Teresa having Dental Work done?

There is a doe that was found near a service road in Hood River County, that I feel resembles her a lot.

I just checked... the drive would probably have been 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on where exactly the skull was found (somewhere on Mt. Hood), but most of it would be Highway 26... a very "intuitive" drive for a murderer I think.

I'm so sorry you had to go through this.
