Roy Kronk, the man who discovered Caylee Anthony's remains in a wooded area in December 2008, dismissed new claims on Friday from Casey Anthony's defense team that duct tape was only marginally stuck to her daughter Caylee's hair.

Kronk’s claims could help prosecutors argue that Anthony was the one who dumped her daughter’s remains. He also provides the state a non-law enforcement eyewitness who says that the duct tape was clearly placed over Caylee’s mouth.
