This started out with Boy Scouts turning in Dr. David Evanko for molestation.
Then 2 other boys came forward.
The JURY found him GUILTY.
The JUDGE is a FRIEND and business assosiate and declared a mistrial.

now 2 days ago it was on the news that Dr. Evanko is FREE to practise medicine on ALL ages again and got his passport back and is allowed to sell his house.

SPECIAL PRIVLEDGES???? Money talks!

BTW no word on what the BUTLEREAGLE.com reported on internet for link, but I'll search and find later.
Who knows where he will move to and who is the next victim!

A judge has lifted restrictions that prevented a Butler doctor who is facing sexual abuse allegations from selling his house, getting his passport back and treating minor pairents without supervision.

Both cases are awaiting trial pending the outcome of separate appeals to the states Superior Court.

Evanko is working ELSEWHERE and wants to make a FRESH start.

After a week of testimony the jury convicted Evanko of the crimes.

But Judge tossed out the verdict and granted a new trial, citing prosecutorial
misconduct by deputy attorneys general Amy Jo Carnicella and Wm. Caye during th trial.

allowing Evanko to sell his home and havr his passport would give Evanko 'both opportunity and means to flee' in Capozzi's written argument.
Evanko is convicted will face decades in prison.

The State General's office is prosectuting because county judges and prosecuters recused themselves, citing business contacts they have had with Evanko
