Nothing on Charley Project about if the marriage was on the rocks or not and nothing about if the husband had a record or not. The vibe I am getting is of a voluntary abandonment.

This woman is extremely hard to find even with all those names. I did find finally find something. Also worth noting her NamUs profile mentions Barnes as a surname as well.
So maiden name is Clements. I have found some potential Bonow records however need to try to confirm them.

Yeah, domestic violence was my first thought. Sounds like she was living in the vehicle and that was how she stayed under the radar.

ETA: Welcome to Websleuths!

I have the impression, like many others here, that he was a victim of domestic violence... was the husband investigated? Maybe she had a fight and escaped quickly while her husband was sleeping or the husband himself, after killing her, took her to where the truck was found and left that clue... I do believe that she has something to do with her disappearance... .
either way
rest in peace
