A group of children were walking in Nashua NH, when Caya (78 yrs young) sprang from a white van and attempted to grab a 10 year old boy. The boy eluded him, and the children ran to a police officer to tell them. While they were speaking to the police officer, the van drove by. Caya was arrested for attempted kidnapping, which is a class B felony. Big stuff, right?
Not so fast-he was released on $2,000 bail.
This man attempted to kidnap a stranger who was a child, and had to put up $200.00 to get out of jail.
