I remember her well from the 70s. She gave a powerful performance in "An Unmarried Woman." RIP.

Oh that's a shame she was a real class act. I haven't seen her in a long time but I remember always enjoying her work. My deepest condolences to her family.

She was very classy. I did not know of her battle. It was kept out of the public eye which is good.

May this wondeful woman RIP.

I knew she was ill...but I didn't realize how ill. This death makes me very, very sad.

Thanks, Jill! You always gave it your all; you taught us by example, you were passionate and funny and damned good. You should've won the Academy Award...
