MCINTOSH CO., GA (WTOC) - A man accused of murder ends up on the grand jury charged with the task of deciding whether to indict him.
When prosecutors learned about it they threw the case out, which means the case won't go before a grand jury again until around May of next year

how stupid! God help us all . . . another potenial murderer roaming about

Unbelievable.

It's just proof that our officials do way to much rubber stamping, and not nearly enough reading.

wow, IMO somebody's head will roll on that one. I wonder who is charged with the task of catching that and why they didn't?? That is a pretty sizable ball to drop.

The WHOLE prosecution team dropped the ball. The guy who prints out the names of potential grand jurors should have been able to pick it up.

Well, they do say that if you want something done right you should do it yourself.

He's probably the best expert on whether he should be indicted or not.
