BODY: Dead man in Finley park identified

FINLEY

After a man was found dead in the park about 50 yards from the road, Benton County sheriffs detectives searched the brush and trails near the old boat launch.

Investigators also searched a small white car that was in the nearby parking lot.

The man was identified as Michael Alan Anderson, 44, of Pasco, said Benton County Coroner John Hansens.

Benton County sheriffs deputies investigate where a body was found Wednesday near Two Rivers Park in Finley. The man was found dead in the park about 50 yards from the road, Benton County sheriffs detectives searched the brush and trails near the old boat launch. The man was identified as Michael Alan Anderson, 44, of Pasco, said Benton County Coroner John Hansens. The cause of death is pending. Hansens said suicide was consistent with the information he had but he had not made a final determination.
