How can WESH get away with this UNTRUE and deceptive reporting?!
Thanks to MuzikMan, we have the document that Kealing is holding in this video report and can see that Kealing makes several UNTRUE statements about the Amended State Witness List.
- "In this Prosecution
brand new witness list...." (it is NOT "new"- it is "Amended" - updating addresses of witnesses that are not "new")
- "shows
extended family called to testify..." (only shows Mallory - future sister-in-law- no other extended family on this list)
- "in all
25 new names on this witness list from Wisconsin, New York, Virginia, and Texas as well as central Florida..." (only one possible "new" name)
- "...as well as
grandmother and Uncle expected to provide important testimony for the State..." (Rick Plesea and Shirley Plesea are not on this Amended list - and they are not "new" witnesses)
Seems the reporter's motive is to enrage family and friends because they are on the State Witness List. Kealing points out friends Jonathan and Sean Daly and Rick Pasley and Annie Dowling and holds the list for the camera to see their addresses on the list.
There are (25) names on the "Amended" list - only one name is possibly a new witness.
Several of the names on the Amended Witness List are NOT "family and friends".
The "New York" witness, John Azzilonna is with Orange County Corrections.
The "Virginia" witness is Troy Brown - friend of Casey.
The "Wisconsin" witness is Simon Birch from Johnson's Wrecker service.
The "Texas" witness is Tim Miller's TES Texas volunteer Lisa Hoffman.
The central Florida witnesses are not all "friends" - they include an Orlando Police officer Lynn Aquino, an attorney for Inmate Robyn Adams - Andrea Armas, friend of Inmate Robyn Adams - Tracy Nealley, a man who does aerial imaging Sean Henady, P.I. James Hoover, Nicole Lett from Johnson's Wrecker, Danielle Lucey-Austin Manager of ChuckECheese, and Cindy's boss Debbie Polisano.
The friends on the list include Kristina Chester-Cosme, Jonathan Daly, Sean Daly, Annie Dowling, Michelle Murphy, Ryan Pasley, Dante Salati, William Waters and Fusion shot girl Erica Gonzalez, and Fusion shot girl Jamie Realander.
Lynn Gibson is a witness who claims to have seen the mama doll at the remains site.
The "sister-in-law" Mallory Parker has been on the State Witness List since Dec 2008 and not "new".
The "Uncle" Rick Plesea is not on this latest Amended State Witness List, and has been on the State Witness List since Dec 3, 2008 (not "new").
The "grandmother" Shirley Plesea is not on this latest Amended State Witness List, and has been on the State Witness List since Nov 17, 2008 (not new).
