I got a notice about this today... There aren't many other details.

Police Find Body in Manchester Lakes
Daniel Buxhoeveden, 29, was a resident of the Alexandria-area of Fairfax County

Fairfax County police officers found the dead body of a man in Manchester Lakes Monday morning, a police spokesperson said.

There's nothing else in the news so I have no idea if there was a crime or not... I did find some websites that I *think* are his but don't want to post them if they are not. I'll dig a little more...
