While staff never witnessed a seizure, they did find that he had prescription drugs that were prescribed to his mother Babecki in his system, as well as up to 10 times the prescribed amount of drugs prescribed for him, the arrest report says quoting a doctor on the Child Protection Team that interviewed staff at Bethesda Hospital
The investigation concluded the child was the victim of "neglect and physical abuse" and that Babecki may be suffering "Munchausen syndrome by proxy or pediatric condition falsification."
