A Philadelphia weatherman was scammed last year when he vacationed in Miami beach. He's a key witness in an FBI investigation.
John Bolaris is mortified, and broke and his credit rating is still messed up thanks to the Russian mob.
Basically the scam involves "B Girls", roofies and some shifty folks who know who to target. Truth is stranger than fiction.
