#caseyanthony What to expect during opening arguments tomorrow? Each side gets 7 minutes to address jurors.BTW jurors ariv'd Orlando yestdy 4 hours ago

Both sides do NOT get "7 minutes for opening statements" -- that is incorrect.
The Judge told the attorneys on Thursday, May 19th, that if they could not agree among themselves about the exhibits to be used in opening statements, then they could discuss it with the Judge on Monday May 23rd, at 8:30am, but the Judge would only give both sides "7 minutes to flap your gums" to tell the Judge their side of the argument over exhibits in opening statements, and he would make the final decision on the exhibits.

After nearly 3 years, Casey Anthony to stand trial in daughter's death
By Ashley Hayes, CNN
May 23, 2011 -- Updated 2058 GMT (0458 HKT)

(CNN) -- Before the tabloid headlines, before the media crush, before Casey Anthony and her daughter Caylee became instantly recognizable, there were only two phone calls.

"I have a possible missing child," Cindy Anthony said in the first of two 911 calls made July 15, 2008. The little girl -- her granddaughter, Caylee -- "has been missing for a month," she said.

This news is not from today, but from the weekend. I was out vacationing with my darling boys, so I couldn't post it here.

I thought that everyone should see a resolved missing-person case. This case is touching to say the least.

Kenneth Schneider - missing in Utah 2005 - body located 2011

http://www.deseretnews.com/article/700137769/Womans-quest-for-missing-dad-leads-to-Utah-desert.html

"I was holding this small skull that was supposed to be my dad and trying to make a connection," Schneider said, recalling her help last month turning up her father's remains after a hiker's grisly discovery reopened the missing persons case. "To be there to be a part of that experience was such a privilege and it was amazing how much we found. ... It was a complete shock."

http://www.thenewstribune.com/2011/05/22/1674954/family-finds-fathers-remains-closure.html

“When I first heard they were looking for my dad, there was a voice in my head that said, ‘I don’t just want other people picking up his bones, I want to be there,’ ” she said. “That probably sounds bizarre to most people, it’s your dad and these are his skeletal remains, but it was really important to me.”

So she hopped on a plane with her partner and 14-year-old son and headed for Utah.

EXCLUSIVE: Woman who interrupted Casey Anthony case says she meant to call the defendant a killer

http://www.abcactionnews.com/dpp/news/region_north_pinellas/belleair_bluffs/EXCLUSIVE-Woman-who-interrupted-Casey-Anthony-case-says-she-meant-to-call-the-defendant-a-killer

Rogers said she had just asked an attorney friend about capital punishment in this very case. "He says 10 times out of whatever, the women don't get the death penalty, so when I heard the judge asking that woman on the stand about it, and I heard what she said, I said 'she killed someone!' Yeah, that came out, that she should get the death penalty. Her daughter was only three years old for crying out loud. She did not have a voice to speak out."

And that wasn't the only thing that fueled Rogers' anger. She said she is disturbed by analysts weighing in on Anthony's mental state and allegations she was abused.

"That she is mentally ill? Trust me, I have had my ups and downs, and I know. From what I see, she is milking it."
