Hi Harmony :seeya: I'm here for a few minutes then out for an hour then back. Going to be a bit grumpy if I miss Toneee.
 
Casey is back at the DT table, conferring with JB, no sound on my stream yet.
 
I want to watch Tone too! Can I say I love the SA...methodical...building...building...by first laying a solid foundation.

renewal of a motion by Miss Fryer

Mister Burn up next... they want the shovel out
 
Oh goody..another delay while the DT argues to keep the shovel guy off the stand.
 
JB has a renewable motion about next witness. Ms Frye is objecting to Mr Burn witness, precluding any testimony on shovel.

They say the testimony is not relevant.

Says it poses a 403 issue, noting case law.
 
Oh course has another objection, another motion renewed - Ms Fryer up to argue in limine - re the neighbor Bryan Burner, and his shovel.
