A woman from Argentina has lost her case against the public health system after her nose job went wrong.
Gabriela Longo, 35 years-old, underwent free cosmetic nose surgery at the Fernandez public hospital in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 10 years ago.
But she hated the way her nose was changed and alleged she lost a modelling contract over the results of the surgery and sued the Argentine equivalent of the NHS.
But judges Hugo Molteni, Jorge Escuti Pizarro and Ana Maria Luaces said the woman had no right to complain.
They told Clarin newspaper: "One cannot complain about the results of a free cosmetic surgery on the public system. It is clear that one cannot expect to have the same results on a free surgery as they would in a paid one, where the doctors are all specialists and get lots of money."
