BREAUX BRIDGE, La. A kayaker found a man's body in Lake Martin, one of Acadiana's most popular attractions.

The lake near Breaux Bridge is a popular tourist spot for its scenery and large alligators.

LAKE MARTIN Authorities have identified the body discovered in Lake Martin early Friday morning as that of a 29-year-old Lafayette man who had been stabbed multiple times, according to a news release.

Haven't found much thus far. Myspace that he hasn't posted to for a couple of years, a younger brother, and a potential workplace (not current). Hoping more will be released soon from St. Martin's Parish. Seven stab wounds, somebody knows something.
