I feel a civil case would be appropriate knowing now since she knew all along and admitted Caylee was dead. She and maybe her family too allowed hundreds to search and cost the State of Florida a huge smount of money. She'll well be able to afford it with the book and movie sales.

If allowed by law, then yes - she should be billed for the expense of searching for a child that she knew was dead. I would hope that a mountain of righteous civil suits follow.

Will she have to pay the state back for the trial since she was found not guilty?

Can they do this by law? If, yes I pray they do.

As a Floridian, I am very much angered by this. Someone has to put her in her place if the jury wouldn't.
