Meanwhile, Casey is preparing to answer the tough questions about Caylee's death she was never asked during the trial.

"I'm getting e-mails, thousands of e-mails, from all across America urging me and saying please get the truth," says John Morgan, the attorney who represents Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman suing Casey for falsely identifying her as the nanny who kidnapped little Caylee.

Casey is scheduled to give a deposition just two days after her release on July 17th.

"We are going to spend a lot of time on exactly what happened. Where were you? When was the last time you saw Caylee Anthony? How did she die? How do you know that she died? What did you do with her body afterward?" Morgan says.

Casey Anthony verdict fuels "Caylee's Law" push in NY

From Senator Andrew Lanza’s official page:

“In wake of the Caylee Anthony case, like many New Yorkers, I was shocked to learn that it is not a felony to fail to report your child missing. When a child goes missing there is no legitimate reason not to report it. It is a well established fact that when dealing with a missing child case every moment of delay weighs negatively in the life or death outcome. It is inconceivable and dangerous that a parent or guardian would not immediately report to the authorities when their child goes missing. Not doing so should be a serious crime and this legislation would do just that in the State of New York.”

As with all time served cases, staff conducted a routine secondary review of the sentence computation and discovered the oversight. Once the oversight was corrected, it was determined inmate Anthony had been erroneously awarded four (4) additional days due to the change in length of sentence. This changed the projected release date from 7/13/11 to 7/17/11. This change was immediately reported to the Court.

The volunteer search group Texas EquuSearch filed a lawsuit against Casey Anthony this afternoon, looking to recoup more than $100,000 it spent to look for Caylee Anthony in 2008.

The lawsuit alleges that Casey Anthony committed fraud because she knew her 2-year-old daughter was dead and not alive as she and her parents claimed when asking for help from EquuSearch.

"It was Jose Baez's opening statement when he said Caylee was never missing because she had died, that got me really upset," Miller said. "We were lied to and misled."
