I just found this story on the internet a little while ago.
I was confused though....has the cousin been missing as long as the couple?
Or was she reported missing at a later time?
Like do they think she is w/ them?
 
were there ever any reasons that they might want to disappear or any reason that someone else might have made them ‘disappear’? Not much info.
 
Tonda has 3 kids. She would never want to just disappear from them. Pray that she is found safe.

Bank accounts for the missing individuals have been traced and examined, but there has been no activity since all three were last seen. The cell phones also have no activity.

According to Powell, he has spoken to hundreds of people including friends, family and strangers about the investigation; Powell said he has no reason to rule out foul play and no reason to rule out the possibility that the three took off down south and don’t want to be found.

Human Remains Found in Mason County
Gallipolis Ferry, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Human remains of at least one person, and possibly more, have been found in a wooded area in Mason County.

West Virginia State Police tell WSAZ.com a group of people looking for arrowheads in the woods stumbled upon the remains at about 8:30 p.m. tonight.

The remains were found off Duncan Creek Road near the water.

At least one person had been buried, police said, but the grave had been exposed.

State police estimate the bodies have been there for at least a few days.

Now it says the body.

GALLIPOLIS FERRY, W.Va. - Human remains have been found in a remote part of Mason Co., W.Va., and investigators are now faced with the task of sorting out the mystery.

Sgt. E.B. Starcher, of the Mason County Detachment of the West Virginia State Police, confirmed that the remains of at least one person were found Sunday evening around 8:30 p.m. just off of Duncan Creek Road, in Gallipolis Ferry. Investigators cannot yet confirm whether or not they have discovered more than one body or whether the confirmed body is male or female.

No Bank, Cell Phone Activity for Jeff or Ashley Crawford
SOUTHSIDE -- William “Jeff" Crawford, 28, and his wife Ashley Crawford, 26, were last seen on June 16.
The couple lived in a mobile home on Jeffers Ridge in Southside, Mason County. The mobile home burned in what investigators call a “suspicious” fire on June 17, 2011. According to Mason County Deputy T. Powell, cadaver dogs were brought to the area but no trace of human remains were found.

A few days later, Jeff’s mother reported him missing and Ashley’s mother followed suit.

Ashley was last seen on an ATV with her cousin, Tonda Nelson. Nelson, 27, was reported missing two days after the couple. Deputy Powell said he located the ATV and couple’s Mustang in Henderson. Leads in this area are being investigated.

NEW INFO: Investigation Continues into Human Remains Found in Mason County
The human remains have been there several days. We’re not sure of just how long, but we believe several days," said State Police Sgt. E.B. Starcher. "We know of at least one body now, there may be more, we still need to check that out.”

At first I was thinking is this a old cemtery? but the remains has only been there a few days.
