Man missing almost three months, foul-play suspected

On April 29th, his father heard Ben come home about 2:00 AM and go to bed. He saw Ben briefly the next morning before leaving for the day. No one has seen or heard from Ben since. He was unemployed.

Ben is 5’5” tall, 200 lbs with black hair, with numerous tattoos on his arms across his shoulders. He did not have a car.

Missing King County man may be victim of foul play

[snip]

“I called and called and he didn’t answer the phone,” said Sephy Munoz, Benjamin’s father.

A few days later, he received two texts from Benjamin, which read “I cant keep livin like this I got 2 go my own way Take care your yourself I love you” and “Dont worry about me I just got to get my life together I love you”

Benjamin’s brother doesn’t believe the texts are from him.

"He would have called and told somebody how he was feeling,” said Eddie Munoz. "He's got three kids, two boys and a little girl. There’s no way he would have ever left.”

[snip]

The family says surveillance camera video shows Benjamin leaving early that morning in a t-shirt, jeans and slippers but carrying no bags.

Bumping up for Benjamin.

I'm curious if the text messages his family received were written in the same style (grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc ) he normally used.

Any known exclusions?

It is reported that foul play is suspected -- why?
