I always worry about that -- especially watching the CFCMA case. I sat there for HOURS. I got up a lot, but still.
I need to get off my arss more and move around, as does my son. He'll sit and play for a couple of hours, but I always make him get up.
At 48 I have much more of a risk, and I should know better.
This should be a wake-up call for everyone who sits at the pooter for extended periods of time.

Yikes!!!
After my knee replacements ..well anyones surgery really . They put you on strong blood thinners to avoid this .
I had alot of calf pain in the hospital right after my last one and they brought me down for ultrasounds and I was soooo scared!!
Just the word CLOT is scary!!
